Cate Drennan is an independent designer working in the heart of the New Forest. Her organic designs are inspired by the vibrant colours and diverse shapes of the natural world. She is endlessly experimenting with style and form.

Cate loves the sparkle of dichroic glass. Even after all her experience, removing newly-made cabochons from the kiln remains a thrill. In the freedom of silver clay, Cate found a perfect compliment to her expressionist style of design. Her favourites pieces combine the two with pure silver enhancing a glittering glass surface.

Each piece is made by hand in her home workshop. It can take days, with many separate stages of building and firing. As a result, every pendant or ring is absolutely unique. Always creative, Cate rarely returns to the same designs when so many new ideas are waiting for her.

Cate created Tesoro Studios to share her love of sparkle and beauty with others. It is her hope that you will get as much joy out of wearing her creations as she does out of making them.
